Corporate Involvement
Habitat for Humanity relies on generous gifts and participation from our corporate partners to progress the goal of eliminating poverty housing around the world and creating decent communities for everyone.

Corporate partnerships address the problem of poverty housing, providing a positive solution and offer a wealth of benefits to corporations, including tax deductions, high-voltage public relations and a permanent positive effect on company morale. Partnerships can involve product donations, financial support, employee volunteering, Global Village trips and joining one of our development committees.

There are many different ways in which companies can get involved. On an HFH build, united in the goal of helping those in need, employees at every level get to see each other at their best. It's an opportunity to grow, to bond and to experience good feelings that get carried back into the workplace.

Liverpool Habitat for Humanity's national & international corporate team build requested donation is £100 per person per day, which is standard practice amongst Habitat for Humanity sites in the UK.

"The response from staff was really enthusiastic; we couldn't wait to get our hard hats on and put something back into the community. We had a wonderful day and discovered so much about Habitat for Humanity, and about our colleagues! It was great to work together as a team, outside the office environment."

Lorraine Dodd, Rathbone Greenbank Investments.

"The work achieved on the day was fantastic, Liverpool Habitat for Humanity staff were incredibly helpful and instrumental to achieve the results. It was rewarding to support LHFH efforts and great activity for team building purposes."

Saul Soto, Bank of America.

"From first-hand experience, I can say that this is an extraordinary way to help others while at the same time working with colleagues in a fulfilling and exciting way."
Michael Kirkwood CMG, Managing Director & Citigroup Country Officer, UK.

"It is thoroughly worthwhile - second to none in terms of team-building. The history of Habitat for Humanity shows that it's a very worthwhile project and it works! It is a great way to get your staff motivated. It's hands-on and has great impact."
Lois Duguid, Head of Community Affairs, Freshfields Brückhaus Deringer.
